Please review these terms and conditions. In proceeding to use the Tutoring Services you are agreeing to have read and accepted them.
Acceptance
By using the tutoring service you have accepted the current terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.
Definitions
Free Consultation
This is a short (15 – 30 minutes) consultation where Tutor and Student establish suitability and tutoring needs. It is not a teaching session.
Session
A pre-booked period (usually 1 hour duration) in which the tutoring occurs. In all cases the session will be paid in full, in advance.
Prices
Academic English lesson. £ 19 per hour
English GCSE/ A Level online lesson. £ 18 per hour
Spanish online lesson £ 19 per hour
Sociology GCSE /A level or Criminology £ 21 per hour
English IELTS/ Cambridge £19 per hour
History GCSE / A level £ 18 per hour
Student
Any person who has agreed to use these tutoring services and has accepted the terms and conditions under which the services are provided. The student may be an adult or student under adult approval from his/her parent or legal guardian.
Booking a session
You may purchase one or more sessions with the tutor. By doing so you are entering into a direct contract with the tutor for the provision of tutor services under the terms and conditions prevailing.

Payment
Payment is made using a PayPal or Bank Account invoice sent by email
Cancelling a session
In the event that a student wishes to cancel a session with the tutor, he or she must notify the tutor no less that 24 hours prior to the allotted session time.
Failure of Internet
In the event that the scheduled session cannot take place due to a failure in the internet or some other matter that is the responsibility of the tutor, the tutor and the student may agree to postpone the session and undertake the relevant session at a mutually convenient time.
